MOST CRITICAL ISSUES, CONCERNS AND CHALLENGES

ISSUES/CONCERNS/CHALLENGES
1. Some of the projects under Access, Quality & Relevance and
Governance in AIP 2 were not implemented fully due to the
difficult situation brought by COVID-19 pandemic.
2. Re-alignment of projects to address the big need of reproduction
materials for the reproduction of SLMs of the learners.
3. Printing equipment such as printers & copier are under repair and
maintenance. The school still needs additional printing machines to
cope with the increasing number of SLMs to be reproduce due to
the increasing enrollment.
4. Big shortage in MOOE allocation due to the bulk needs of
reproduction materials.
STRATEGY
It will be carried out and will be considered priorities in AIP 3.
Tap stakeholders for financial and in-kind support. Tap alumni as
potential donors of printers for a fast reproduction of SLMs.
Fast track the repair of equipment. Teachers are encouraged to have
their own printers as well. Allocate funds from sources such as MOOE
to purchase additional set of printers or photocopying machine.
Request for re-alignment in SEF and additional MOOE fund.

1. Tap stakeholders in kind and monetary support to sustain the needs of the BE-LCP implementation in the light of COVID-19 crisis.
2. Participated virtual orientations, conferences, trainings, capability building and the like to be updated and grow professionally.
3. Strictly follow the minimum health standards set by the IATF.
4. Positively adapt the programs & innovations in the new normal curriculum like make use of video lessons, USB & transistor radios, social
media platforms such as group chats, fb, etc.
5. Prioritized the basic needs of Printed Modular Distance Learning Modality implementation.
