In any company, one of the most important elements is human resources. The human
resources area is in charge of implementing techniques to create a work environment where
workers feel comfortable and better work results are generated.
The needs of the work environment have changed in recent decades as a result of an
increased concern for the quality of work life. That is, companies have detected that they
offer better conditions to the worker in different areas such as benefits, development and
empowerment, which translates into work achievements. Technological advances such as
remote operation, among others, have allowed the development of different types of new
business structure.
The Human Resources Management is in charge of offering very good working conditions,
taking into account both the worker's well-being and the company's needs. In addition, this
department is the connection between the strategies and policies of the company and the
best results of the workers.
