1. Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology It is a University that provides examination to give children who have graduated from Senior High School so they can continue their dream course. Also it helps the parents who can`t afford to bring their child in college. 2. National Service Training Program It is a civic education and defense preparedness program students instituted by the Government of the Philippines 3. Civic Welfare Training Service It is one of the three components of the NSTP or National Service Training Program. A civic education and defense preparedness program for higher and vocational education students in the Philippines. 4. Literacy Training Service It focuses on training students to become teachers of reading-writing literacy and numeracy to children, out-of-school youth, and other segments of society. 5. Reserve Officer Training Corps Designed to provide military training to tertiary level students in order to motivate, train, organize and mobilize them for national defense preparedness. 6. Commission on Higher Education It partnering with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority ( TESDA ) and the Department of National Defense ( DND ) to roll out an improved and strengthened National Service Training Program ( NSTP ) that will produce with civic consciousness. 7. Non-Government Organization It is a voluntary group of individuals or organizations, usually not affiliated with any government, that is formed to provide services or to advocate a public policy. 8. Department of National Defense It is the executive department of the Philippine government responsible for guiding against external and internal threats to peace and security in the country. 9. State Universities and Colleges It refers to any public institution of higher learning that was created by an Act passed by the Congress of the Philippines. 10. Central Luzon Polytechnic College It is located in the City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija, with its percent branches at San Isidro, Fort Magsaysay at Palayan City and Barangay Sumacab at Cabanatuan City, all in the province of Nueva Ecija.

1. If the government has the prime duty to serve and protect its citizens, in return, what is also our responsibility to the state? Our responsibility to the state is to be a responsible and obedient citizen. 2. Why is the government recognizing the important role of the youth in nation- building? The government recognizing the important role of the youth in nation-building because from our National Hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal “ Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan”. 3. What do you think is the reason why female students are now required to take NSTP? I think the reason is because every woman can do all the work and chores that man can do. 4. Why are foreigners not required to take up NSTP? NSTP is not required to take by the foreigners because the purpose of it is to promote citizenry of Filipinos.
