NARRATIVE REPORT

I have been getting more active


since the start of this course up to this
point. This term, midterm, we have done
many activities and exercises such as
aerobic dances, Latin cardio dance (cha
cha), and many more. Aside from physical
activities, we also discussed many
concepts and such as the history of
aerobic dance and its benefits. In addition,
we also discussed Latin Cardio Dance, like
cha cha. We also did an activity where we
will perform the said dances. Overall, I
have learned many things in this term and
I think that I kept myself, fit and active. I
hope that I can continue this on the
final term.
