1. GENERAL

1.1. Purpose

This specification prescribes for Data Sheet HSD & MFO Loading Hose in
Project FEED Fuel Bunkering Delivery for PT. Perta Arun Gas.

1.2. Project Description

PT Perta Arun Gas as one of the LNG receiving & Hub facilities in Aceh,
Indonesia is requested by Pertamina to operate Arun LPG Hub Terminal which
will conduct LPG conversion process from imported refrigerated LPG to
pressurized LPG then load to pressurized LPG tanker for domestic operation,
and also will carry out break bulking process to small refrigerated LPG tanker.
The Arun LPG Hub Terminal is under construction by utilizing the existing LPG
plant facilities and convert it from a LPG extraction plant to be a LPG receiving
and conversion plant, the construction work is undergoing and will be
completed by mid of 2021.

PT Perta Arun Gas is required to provide marine fuel bunkering facilities for
their LPG tanker which will carry out loading unloading LPG operation at Arun
LPG Hub Terminal. To full fill this request, PT Perta Arun Gas planned to utilize
and modify existing HSD bunkering facilities and add with MFO bunkering
facilities, the bunker fueling facilities to LPG Tanker will be at LPG Berth (for
VLGC berth and Small Carrier Berth) and West side Cargo Berth. PT Perta
Arun Gas will add the future bunker fueling connection (tie in point) to LNG
Berth No 2 and LNG Berth No 3 as preparation for bunker fueling request from
LNG tanker in future.

This project, namely Arun Fuel Bunkering Project, will primarily utilize the
existing HSD and Condensate storage facilities as receiving facilities and to
add the new facilities such as MFO heating system and HSD/MFO loading/
bunkering facilities at LPG Berth and West Cargo Berth.
