Activity: Oplan: “Biodiversity Warrior”


Human activities damage the ecological balance in the past. Can you be a part of an
environmental solution to at least lessen the impact of it?

Objective:
Appreciate the importance of biodiversity through planting and recycling.

Materials:
5 empty cans or plastic bottles
Hammer or cutter
Nail
Soil (enough amount for the pot)
Seed or seedling

Procedures:
1. Make five (5) pots using empty bottles or cans.
2. Put little holes underneath using hammer and nail.
3. Place enough soil in each pot.
4. Dig a hole and place the plant.
5. Water it regularly and set it up on a place where there is enough sunlight.
6. Lastly, take a selfie picture of you with your plant and post it on Facebook with the hashtag
#CNHSDiverseWarrior21 or print out and paste inside the box.

Activity: Plant a Vegie


In this activity, you will be growing your own food in a small pot or available space in your
backyard. Choose your preferred vegetables. Just use whatever seeds or seedlings are available
in your kitchen. Then record daily your observation for ten days. (Note: You can plant as many
