Surviving School During the Pandemic

The pandemic has posed different challenges with different levels of intensity. The pandemic has made it
possible for us to realize the reality of human limitations, uncertainties and possibilities. As a student, I have made
it possible for myself to look for the brighter side of things as I faced different challenges that this pandemic has
made me go through.

I have always been the kind of person who continuously seeks for ways that would help me adjust with things that
make up obstacles on my living. Dealing with challenges is never an easy thing for me for I find myself weak when
it comes to dealing with problems especially when it’s all about my family. Facing more challenges in life makes me
realize how temporary things are; opens my eye on how uncertain life can be and bring up possibilities that wait for
the betterment of things. The pandemic greatly affects how I function as a student. Since grade 11, I have been
passing some of answer sheets later than most of my classmates for I find it so hard to cope with the current
situation especially that my mental health is too weak to handle these things.

COVID made me realize that I’m not happy with who I am and that I needed to change. I’m still not happy with
who I am. I struggle every day, but I am working towards a goal that one day every day won’t be as terrible.

1. There must be not traces of any garbage in the ocean. We all know that this is no near as possible but
everyone can do their part in joining the global movement for saving the turtles and other marine animals.
2. Deforestation has never been a good and environmentally friendly choice for people to rely on with their
business and other personal shenanigans. Everyone must help in protecting the trees for they act a crucial
part in making life possible in this planet.
3. Everyone must know how discipline themselves when it comes to dealing with proper waste disposal.
Wastes harm the environment and will eventually affect the future of this planet if everyone chooses not to
care for the environment.
