ABDOMINOPELVIC SPIRAL CT SCAN WITH AND WITHOUT IV & ORAL CONTRAST

(TRIPHASIC)
Axial Spiral CT Scan images before and after contrast administration reveal:
- Liver: normal size and density without mass, portal vein or bile duct dilation
- Gallbladder: normal volume and wall thickness. No mass or gall stone
- Pancreas: normal size and density for age without duct dilation or mass. No
peripancreatic fluid collection.
- Spleen: normal size and density
- Adrenal glands: normal size and density
- Rt kidney: normal size, density, parenchymal thickness and excretion without
hydronephrosis, cyst, stone or mass.
- Lt kidney: normal size, density, parenchymal thickness and excretion without
hydronephrosis, cyst or mass.
- A stone (6mm) in left kidney PCS is seen.
- Aorta, IVC and retroperitoneum: unremarkable for age. No para-aortic
lymphadenopathy.
- Ascites: none
- Bowel loops: unremarkable
- Bony structures: unremarkable
- Bladder: normal wall thickness. No mass or stone.
- Pelvic organs: normal. No pelvic mass.
- Evidence of previous colostomy with post operative changes in abdominal
wall is seen.

CHEST SPIRAL CT SCAN WITH AND WITHOUT IV CONTRAST

Axial Spiral CT Scan images before and after IV contrast administration
reveal:

- Lungs: normal pulmonary aeration and interstitial, bronchial and vascular

markings. No mass, nodule, infiltration, or bronchial abnormality.
- Focal atelectatic change in left lower lobe is seen.

- Pleural reflections: No pleural thickening or effusion

- Mediastinum: No mass or LAP.

- Heart: unremarkable

- Chest wall: unremarkable

- Visualized upper abdomen: unremarkable
