makes a special meal visit people celebrate Diwali

Every year, my family and I celebrate Diwali (1) or Deepavali.

It is known as the festival of light. On this day, my whole family usually go to the temple.
We say our prayers to God.
Then, at home, my mum makes a special meal (2) for us. It is
always delicious and tasty. I often help my parents to draw the rangoli (3)
too. It is a traditional Indian decoration made with coloured ground rice.
We also wear sari (4) and dhoti which are traditional
Indian clothes. We normally go out and visit people (5). It is
so much fun!
But this year is different because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have to
stay at home (6) and not go out.
