​Job Overview And Responsibility

When joining, you will first focus on talent acquisition:
­ Establishing and updating Job Descriptions 
­ Networking and developing innovative recruiting sources
­ Identifying and recruiting talents to join our fast­growing team

At a later stage, you will be involved in all HR activities:
­ Understanding business strategies and organization challenges to build an integrated HR plan to support business
through HR core activities and operations
­ Managing the full spectrum of function including recruitment, manpower planning, budgeting, compensation & and
benefits administration, employee welfare and employee development
­ Establishing local policies and practices consistently in line with labour regulations as well as adherence in all
departments

Your role will also be to advise the CEO and the management team to implement a great work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

­ Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Social Science or Business, with at least 2 years of experience
­ Good knowledge of local labor legislation
­ Experience in a start­up or in a fast growing environment
­ Experience in talent acquisition and management 
­ Entrepreneurial spirit: agility, creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self­management
­ Adaptable to dynamic and young environment 
­ Desire and motivation to work in a start­up environment
­ Hands­on / willingness to deliver 
­ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & project management skills 
­ Good command of written and verbal English & Vietnamese
