LEARNING EPISODE 4: REFLECTION

MATCHING PROBLEMATIC LEARNING SITUATIONS WITH PROBABLE ACTIONS AS SOLUTIONS

Does anyone tells me that he/she never had a problem in his/her entire life? Are we even
excuse in having it? Can we run from it? I doubt, those are just simple illusions that are impossible to
happen and undeniably confusing to us. Problems are everywhere but we also need to remember that
every problem has a solution and it is up to us to discover it. We cannot definitely say which solution will
or solve the problem but when we hit the right solution to it then the problem will be vanish and gone
away. To make this happen we need to make a move and planning is the number 1 solution to that. A
great plan leads to a greater chance of success.

Teaching is the most challenging yet very rewarding career choice. The lives of this students are
in our hands as we mold them to become the better version of themselves before they go out and battle
in the real world. We, teachers of tomorrow are the potters and builders of those dreams that are
continuously growing in their minds. Here enters the Action research as it is the greatest way to adhere
and acknowledge the deficiency in the classroom and in teaching and learning. Research are done to
adopt with the needs of our students and defining the problem is the starter pack of conducting one.
Recognizing a problem and finding solution to it right away will lead to a healthy and productive
learning. There are a lot of problems in our school. We need to admit it. From our teachers alone, each
of us has our complaints and grievances but not yet heard. Some even had a lot of cries because of the
pressure that is being undertaken in them and as future teachers we need to see to it that this
complaints and the lacking’s that we are experiencing at the moment will soon be gone because a
solution had been implemented and executed. We’re gonna make a solution to it because we are now
bound to make our own AR that would be helpful enough with those upcoming students and the next
generation.

Different teaching-learning environment as observed and experienced by teachers are being

heard and discussed in this episode. There are also possible solutions to those problems. Every situation
has its solution but problems will never be vanish. It is forever affiliated with our lives. There is no
perfect teaching so with learning. There is no one in this world that doesn’t commit mistakes. We are all
destined to make one. This chapter had opened our eyes with what are the lacking’s in our own school
and the environment as well. We students of today’s generation must adapt with the crisis we are
facing. We need to see the best in it and made it a worthy of time and effort. As a future educator, we
are not just an ordinary teacher teaching our students with the topics they need rather we must strive
and find the beauty behind the profession. Loving with passion and committing with your own work will
teach you, yourself with the value of education and the value of becoming a part of those students.
Though they may be the author of their own lives but we also bestow with what they are going to be in
the future. Creating a story that would be heard for a lifetime and forever be remembered not with the
lessons they take from us but valuing the beauty of every advices we gave and the lessons of life that is
truly worthwhile and priceless.
