Fields of Sponsors :

1. Title Sponsor :

- In which the sponsor will help us with money. The person approaching or dealing with the sponsor will tell
the demand. After discussing the final amount of money, we’ll have a personal zoom meeting to ensure the validity.
Were the sponsor will meet the management team (president & vice president of the event team) & can tell if they
want to add or remove any of these points bellow :

Facility Sponsor will get :

1. The logo of sponsor will get attached with our official campaign logo.
2. The event name will be updated with the name of sponsor. Ex. “Title Sponsor (sponsor’s name will be
here) presents Ayman Sadiq Mega Campaign 2.0”
3. During the event (Estimated time 15th to 31st July) time, sponsor will get promoted in each and every
post from Organizer team.
4. We’ll post a separate video as well as a poster to promote our “Title Sponsor”.
5. The logo of the sponsor will be on each & every official poster of Campaign.

Facility Organizer team will get :

1. Demanded money from the sponsor after the agreement were signed.
2. Love & support from them during the Campaign as well in the future.

[N.B: Both Sponsor and Organizer team will sign an agreement as proof of the deal]

2. Silver Sponsor :

- In which the sponsor will help us with money. The person approaching or dealing with the sponsor will tell
the demand. After discussing the final amount of money, we’ll have a personal zoom meeting to ensure the validity.
Here the sponsor will meet the management team (president & vice president of the event team) & can tell if they want
to add or remove any of these points bellow :

Facility Sponsor will get :

1. The logo of sponsor will get attached with our official campaign logo (bottom part of it).
2. The name of the sponsor will be announced every time after the campaign name. Ex “[Title sponsor
present] Ayman Sadiq Mega Campain powered by ‘Silver Sponsor’”.
3. During the event (Estimated time 15th to 31st July) time, sponsor will get promoted in each and every
post from Organizer team.
4. We’ll post a separate video as well as a poster to promote our “Silver Sponsor”.
5. The logo of the sponsor will be on each & every official poster of Campaign.
 Facility Organizer team will get :

1. Demanded money from the sponsor after the agreement were signed.
2. Love & support from them during the Campaign as well in the future.

[N.B: Both Sponsor and Organizer team will sign an agreement as proof of deal.

We can take more than one silver sponsor in the event. In that case the 1st Silver Sponsor will get announced
first]

3. Gift Sponsor :
- In which the sponsor will help us with various gift items. The person approaching or dealing with the
sponsor will tell the demand. Gift sponsor can be separated as ‘T-Shirt Sponsor’, ‘Book Sponsor’, ‘Food Sponsor’,
‘Stationary Sponsor’ etc. After discussing the final gift quantity, we’ll have a personal zoom meeting to ensure the validity.
Here the sponsor will meet the management team (president & vice president of the event team) & can tell if they want to
add or remove any of these points bellow :

Facility Sponsor will get :

1. The logo of sponsor will get attached with every official campaign posters.
2. The name of sponsor will be announced as our gift partner*.
3. During the event (Estimated time 15th to 31st July) time, sponsor will get promoted in each and
every post from Organizer team.
4. We’ll post a separate poster to promote our “Gift Partner”.
5. The logo of the sponsor will be on each & every official poster of Campaign.

Facility Organizer team will get :

1. Fully fresh gift items or discussed *Items* after the agreement were signed.
2. Love & support from them during the Campaign as well in the future.

[N.B: Both Sponsor and Organizer team will sign an agreement as proof of deal]

4. Media Partner :
- In which the sponsor will help us by sharing our announcements/posts/posters in their platform(s). Our
management team will ensure their posting. After confirming the deal, sponsor will get an email from the official team of
Organizers.

Facility Sponsor will get :

1. Separate post promoting the “Media Partner”.

2. During the event (Estimated time 15th to 31st July) time, sponsor will get promoted in each and every
post from Organizer team.
3. The logo of the sponsor will be on each & every official poster of Campaign.
 Facility Organizer team will get :

1. Sharing and caring as per discussion.

2. Love & support from them during the Campaign as well in the future.
