KEPCO operates four power plants,
including the Naga Power Plant Complex
and the Cebu Circulating Fluidized Bed
Combustion Power Plant, while the
company's activities account for 12
percent of the electricity production
installed in the country.
One of the project KEPCO has in the
Philippines is the Ilijan Combined-Cycle Power
Plant located at Ilijan, Batangas. It is the
country's largest natural gas facility,
comprising 1200 MW of combined-cycle, dual-
fuel power generation plants with a design life
of 25 years. Natural gas, synchronized with
the Philippine government's efforts to
encourage sustainable and environmentally
friendly economic growth through the supply of
renewable electricity, is the cleanest of all
fossil fuels.
The Malaya Oil Thermal Power Plant is
another project by KEPCO. The project was
situated in Brgy. Malaya, Pililla, Rizal, includes
the rehabilitation in the power complex of the
existing power generating units, extending the
productive life of the equipment thereon, and
making the power complex more open and
efficient in coping with daily service.
Another KEPCO project in the Philippines is the
200MW Cebu CFBC Power Plant in Naga,
Cebu, consisting of two 100MW units, which
has helped increase the growing demand for
power in the Visayas since it began operating in
2011. The plant utilizes the latest Circulating
Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) technology.

naman ng gamit ng mga ang dwende.
