1. Pursuant to Dep Ed Order No. 43 S. 2017, the “Teacher Induction Program (TIP) Policy” requires
the newly hired teachers with 0-3 teaching experience in the public school system to complete the
3-year cycle of TIP by undertaking the six (6) modules, mentoring, differentiated supervision, and
formal classroom observations for continuous professional development. Generally, it intends to
improved their knowledge, skills, attitudes and values and increase their confidence in teaching to
make them effective and efficient, and eventually commits themselves to nurture every learner and
become passionate in teaching.
2. In line with this, a virtual halfday TIP for - Newly Hired Teachers on Modules 1 to 6 will be
conducted on February 23,24,26- March 2,3, 2021 at 1:00 in the afternoon to 5:00 in the afternoon
via Google Meet. The participants of this teacher induction are the newly hired teachers as of SY
2019-2020 as indicated in the attached List of Newly Hired Teachers for TIP.
