How do you feel after dancing for 3-5 minutes?

After dancing for 3-5 minutes, I feel tired and wasted. Maybe because its been a long time since I tried
dancing for that long without stopping. One more reason is that I am not that type of person who enjoys
dancing in life, no offense. But despite the tiredness of my body I kinda feel rejuvenated and perhaps I
kinda feel less stressed maybe because I thought of doing it as my exercise routine which I’ve stopped
doing exercise since school started. I feel like my muscles and joints were stretched and relaxed. And
somehow feel happy because I get to do this thing which I didn’t know I’ll have courage to do so.

Did the dance routine you have followed made you feel better? Why or why not?

After following the dance routine, I think there is a side from me that it didn’t make me feel better which
is my physical side on the other hand, it kinda feel better for my mental side, so I guess it is a 50-50. It’s
because I honestly hate doing things that my body would move for a long time without stopping, maybe
because I am not used of doing physical activities now since we’ve been quarantined for almost 3 years,
and I think my body got weaker and lazy to the fact that it doesn’t want to move hastily and gracefully.
But at the same time, it made my mind feel at ease due to the fact that I’ve opened my box where I
overcame my fear of not being able to do the things I’m not good at and it made me feel better at some
point of it despite of being wasted.
