12- Simplicity
 HEBDOMAD WEEK
HOLY THURSDAY- APRIL 1, 2021
 At exactly 3:00-5:00 p.m., I watched the Ten Commandments on TV.
 I went to church to confess to the priest around 9 am, then I meditated
for about half an hour inside the church to let go of the weight of my
life’s emotions.
 Participate in the Mass of washing the feet virtually at 6:00 pm, thru a
social media live streaming of Lucban, Quezon church using TV
platform.
*I proudly and whole heartedly achieved all of it.

Good Friday- April 2,2021

 Join in the morning prayer, thru social media platform live streaming of St.
Francis of Assisi Parish Church at exactly 6:00 am in the morning.
 Listen the Siete Palabras in live streaming of Lucban, Quezon by different
priests.
 Watch the 7 last words of Christ using TV platform and watch the “The Bible
1” in the evening.
 Do the fasting because my grandmother told me to do that so I can follow her
rule and as a respect to Christ.
*I achieved all of this activity with the full of concentration and meditation .
 BLACK SATURDAY- APRIL 3,2021
 Join in the morning prayer, using TV platform
early in the morning.
 I accompanied with my mother to do the praying
of rosary.
 Doing the station of the cross with my
grandmother, after I cleaned our house house at
exactly 12 noon.
 Last thing I can do on that day is watching “The
Bible 2&3” at 9 pm in the evening.
*I achieved all of it with the guide of my relatives.

EASTER SUNDAY- APRIL 4, 2021

 Attend Easter Sunday Mass, I physically went to the church on that
day so I traveled safely. When I left our house, I was cautious I was
wearing a double face mask and a face shield.
*I’m so proud of myself for finishing and achieving a Holy Week with a
calm mind, with nothing else bothering me, and decreasing my pain and
stressful mind that’s why I am very thankful on what I did thru
meditation and concentration.
 REFELECTION
