MT – PL – 04: CLASSICAL HOTEL LOBBY

DESIGN PROBLEM:
THE PROBLEM CALLS TO DESIGN A GRAND CLASSICAL HOTEL LOBBY. THIS SHALL DESIGN
PROBLEM IS AN APPLICATION OF THE PREVIOUS PLATES IN THIS SUBJECT CONCERNING THE CLASSICAL
STYLE. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL INPUTS/ ELEMENTS IN YOUR PLATE SHALL BE IN LINE WITH THE
REQUIRED STYLE.
REQUIRED AREAS: (300sq.m.)
- GUARD POST
- LOBBY
- RECEPTION/FRONT DESK
- LOUNGE
- GRAND STAIRCASE
- OTHER SUPPORT AREAS
DRAWING REQUIREMENTS:
A. FLOOR PLAN due on APRIL 3,2020 (UNITL 6PM ONLY)
1. mixed media on bond paper, or any other paper available
2. with labels and dimension
3. furniture lay out is required

B. REFLECTED CEILING PLAN due on APRIL 10, 2020 (UNITL 6PM ONLY)
1. mixed media on bond paper, or any other paper available
2. with labels and dimension
3. swatches with specifications and spot details is required

C. INTERIOR PERSPECTIVE due on APRIL 17,2020 (UNITL 6PM ONLY)

1. mixed media on bond paper, or any other paper available
2. with swatches and material specifications; and spot details
3. write what color scheme is adopted and present color palette with corresponding color name
4. furniture is required

Note: Due to the current situation, submission of plates shall be through sending of a clear photo of the
required drawing OR as per required, to my messenger or email address: cess.dlc@gmail.com
All requirement outputs (hard copy) must be submitted on our regular meeting once the
quarantine is lifted.
