Executive Summary
Mango Graham Float is an innovative product made by Mangolicious. This
product is run by selected students of Grade 12-ABM-A. It is homemade product that
can be sold online. It promotes delicious sweet taste that can light up and stimulates
your mood.
Our business assumes that the 5% of the overall population of social media users
will buy our products that are near us and we can deliver it to them. The management
and production of the product starts through estimation of initial capital, location, and
its target customers. Second is the purchasing of ingredients and raw material of it.
Mango Graham Float is a feasible and achievable product that a simple people
can do. Also, this product can improve the production and innovating skills of everyone.

Vision
To become a successful and well- known business and leaving/having a positive
impact to our customers.
Mission
Mangolicious aims to sell a product or dessert that is more natural than the other
products that are containing many preservatives. Also, we aim to provide a fresh,
healthy, nutritious and delicious product that everyone can buy.
Values
Mangolicious commits to give a more natural and best product it can serve to
everyone. By maintaining the high quality and standard that can give our customers the
best taste.

Product Description
Mango Graham Float is one of Filipinos’ favorites. So, mangolicious come up an idea
to make it our business. There’s nothing to hate about in our delicious product. Every
bite of it will surely give our customer a tingle on their taste bud.

Target Market
Our target market reaches across all gender .But, women appears to be more
likely to crave sweets than men. Children are even more inclined to like sweets. We will
introduce our business to everyone by serving them our product and giving them a
satisfaction that they deserve.
Ownership
Mangolicious is operated by the partnership of six proponents. The proponents
have equal designated tasks from accepting orders, production and distribution of
products, promotions, and sales recording. Also, the proponents are tasked to
brainstorm for any strategies that would improve the business.
Mangolicious is owned by the Accountancy Business and Management (A)
students namely Margie Gutierrez, Pauline Miguel, Angelica Tayao, Generie Clemente,
Shekinah Canosa, and Joseph Juliano.
Objectives
Mangolicious is geared towards the following objectives:
1. Achieves good sales that would allow the business to get good return of
investment and an opportunity to increase production of goods.
2. Offer consumers a product of good quality and impressive presentation.
3. Collate consumer feedbacks to further improve the product.

Pricing Strategy
The Mangolicious Graham Float sold by piece or in set (10 pieces per set).For
buying one piece of our product the price of it is 90 pesos but when our costumer buy a
set of it they will bought it by 80 pesos per piece only.
