Sir/Madam,
I refer back to my 5 November 2021 complaint and upon which you responded that
10 day. Then my 9 November and 11 November writings and your 11 Nov 2021 response.
Matters have gone from bad to worse and I will set out matters beklow. I make you aware that
this correspondence will be provided to my readers also this so they can determine for
themselves as to if SCHNITZ services appears to them to be up to standards.

On 22 December 2021 My wife and I attended to SCHNITZ Greensborough but were refused to
sit in the restaurant not providing any digital vaccination evidence.

It ought to be very clear that SCHNITZ had every opportunity to appropriately deal with
100 matters.
It is not for me to sort out any conflict of demands by the Victorian State Government and
Federal law, as that was and remains to be an issue between SCHNITZ and the State
Government.
My wife is suffering from a heart condition anf at her 89 year of age I view it to be an utter
105 disgrace at the very least to deny her to seat in peace for a meal. Anyhow, we were refused entry
into the restaurant seating area and while I personally would have preferred to never again
provide my patronage to SCHNITZ my wife however indicated she wanted to do a take away
for Christmas.
We had to wait about 22 minutes to be able to collect our items.

130 I do not know if because of not providing a digital vaccination then SCHNITZ has taken it upon
itself to so to say sell left overs that in-house customers would reject as being standard or
reasonable schnitz’s.
My wife lived through WWII and subsequent communism but notw viuews that SCHNITZ is
dealing with us like the NAZI did against the Jews.
135 We were for many years customers but somehow now that we do not provide a digital
vaccination proof we somehow are treated like deplorables.
140 It seems to me burnbed left overs appears to have been what we were provided with. Perhaps
because of them being take-away after refusal to use the restaurant seating area this was
SCHNITZ message that we are no longer valuable customers and more considered
“deplorables” who can be left the scaps even so being charged for a SCHINITZ $10.90 as any
other customer.
145 I request a full refund! You can write out a cheque to me which may also include some
compensation for the conduct we have been caused to suffer from.
