Scope: Unit 8 – This is my pen + Unit 9 – What color is it?
Project title/theme: Designing your own school things
Driving question: How can you design your funny school things to share
with your friends?
Project description/ summary
The students work in groups to draw pictures about school things, colour
them and write the names/ colours. Then, students present them before the
class.

Objectives/ Learning outcomes


Students will be able to:
Knowledge:
- Name the vocabularies and sentence patterns about numbers, school things
and colours.

Skills:
- draw and colour pictures about school things.
- write the names and colours of them.
- present the pictures orally before the class, using the target vocabularies and
sentence patterns.

- Think critically about how their products interest the audience
- Collaborate in groups effectively to finish the project on time.
- Self – manage their work to complete the individual product.
