Right click on network and then properties

Click advanced sharing settings

Turn on all the radio buttons except password protective sharing.

Click Save changes
On your desktop right click the folder you want to share and then click properties

Click sharing
Click Share

Choose Everyone then add

Click Read/Write

Click Share
Click done

Click Share this folder

Click Permissions

And click all the checklist under allow

Click Apply and then ok.

Click close
Go to file explorer and then click network to expand and then choose anyone and
click it.

.And you can see here your shared file.
