I, DARWIN O. ESTILONG, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a

resident of and with postal address at Brgy. Ortiz, Naguilian, La Union
under oath, depose and say:

That I am one of the legal heirs of BENJAMIN S. ESTILONG; that he is

the owner of a parcel of land specifically described as follows:

“A parcel of land located in San Fermin, Caba, La Union, containing an area of 26,493 square
meters more or less identified as Lot No. 8078; bounded on the North by 32, on the East by 34, on
the South by Sec.012, 50, 34 and on the West by Sec. 003, covered by Tax Declaration no. 2009-09-
0010-00078 under Original Certificate of Title No. CLOA-2901.”

That the subject landholdings have no pending case/s at the DARAB or

any other courts, tribunals, and/or agencies;

That the subject landholdings described above is the subject of

Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate among Heirs with Simultaneous Sale;
and

That I execute this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of

all the statements contained herein in support of our DAR Transfer Action
application and for all other legal intents and purposes it may serve.
