LTS OUTREACH PRACTICUM PLAN (LOPP) 2ND SEMESTER

NOTE:
You are required to submit two different proposals applicable for Face to Face and Online Tutorial
Program.
This proposal will be presented next week as your Final Exam (February 19, 2021.)
This proposal will serve as your final paper/exam in NSTP.
This proposal will also be the basis for your Community Service Outreach Program next semester.

I. OUTREACH GOALS/OBJECTIVES/EXPECTANCIES:

FACE TO FACE

Ang proyektong Handog Kaalaman sa Kabataan ay isasagawa ng mga mag-aaral ng

Unibersidad ng New Era. Kaya ito tinawag na handog kaalaman sa kabataan dahil ang mga mag-

aaral ng nasabing unibersidad ay magtuturo sa mga kabataan lalong lalo na sa elementarya at

hayskul na kanilang napiling turuan. Ang layunin ng proyektong ito ay maisagawa ang mga

sumusunod:

 Makapagbigay ng sapat na kaalaman sa mga estudyanteng nasa elementarya at hayskul


patungkol sa subject na nais ituro ng mga proponent.
 Makatulong sa mga kabataan na palawakin at paunlarin ang kanilang kaalaman kahit na sila
ay hindi nakapag-aral ngayong taon dahil sa pandemya.
 Makapagbigay ng saya sa kabataan habang ginaganap ang proyekto.
 Makapagbigay ng inspirasyon sa mga kabataan sa elemtarya at hayskul na mag-aral nang
mabuti para sa kanilang kinabukasan.
Matapos maisagawa ang proyektong ito ay inaasahan ang mga kabataan lalong lalo na sa

elementarya at hayskul na natuto at napalawak ang kanilang kaalaman ukol sa isang subject na

itinuro ng mga proponent sa kanila. Ito rin ay magsisilbing gabay upang mas lalo silang makakuha

nang lakas ng loob sa pag-aaral dahil sa ibinigay na inspirasyon ng mga proponent.

ONLINE

Pinamagatang Handog Kaalaman sa Kabataan ang proyektong isasagawa ng mga mag-

aaral ng Unibersidad ng New Era. Ito ay pinamumunuan ng seksyon na LTS-2B. Ito ay isang

Outreach Program na kung saan ay magtututuro ang mga proponent sa mga kabataan katulad nang

mga nasa elementarya at hayskul. Ito ay maaaring online na kung saan ay maaari nilang magamit

ang iba’t-ibang plataporma katulad na lamang ng gmeet, zoom at iba pa. Ito rin ay maaaring turuan

ng proponent ang bata kung mlaapit lamang ang kanilang bahay sa isa’t-isa. Upang maisakatuparan

ang proyektong ito, ang mga layunin ay ang sumusunod:

 Makapagbigay ng sapat na kaalaman sa mga estudyanteng nasa elementarya at hayskul


patungkol sa subject na nais ituro ng mga proponent na maaaring gumamit ng online platform
kung malayo ito at one on one naman kung maglapit lamang ang bahay.
 Makatulong sa mga kabataan na mapalawak ang kanilang kaalaman sa kabila ng ating
kinakaharap ngayon.
 Makapagbigay ng inspirasyon sa mga kabataan at makapagbigay ng karanasan sa paggamit
ng online platform na kanila ring gagamitin sa pagtuturo.
Matapos maisagawa ang proyektong ito ay inaasahan ang mga kabataan lalong lalo na sa

elementarya at hayskul na natuto at napalawak ang kanilang kaalaman ukol sa isang subject na

itinuro ng mga proponent sa kanila. Ito rin ang magiging inspirasyon nila upang mas lalo pa nilang

paghusayan ang kanilang pag-aaral sa kabila ng ating kinakaharao ngayon.

III. PROCEDURE (STEP BY STEP PLAN IN CONDUCTING THE COMMUNITY SERVICE)

FACE TO FACE

1. Choose volunteers that would help and commit and devote themselves to the

Community Service Outreach Program

2. Find learners, between the elementary department and highschool department, that

will be part of the said outreach program.

3. Find a spacious and decent enough location where the outreach program will be.

4. Prepare the budget plan and fund for the program.

5. Prepare the tools and materials needed (volunteers' materials).

6. Plan and prepare the giveaways for the learners.


7. Set and plan the volunteers' oversight and training.

8. Set activities and the rules and regulations for the overall outreach program.

9. Outline the location where the outreach will be.

10. Set up the schedule of the outreach program from the beginning and the end

time of the shift.

ONLINE

will be part of the said outreach program.

3. Decide what kind of platform would be used for the online performance of the

outreach program. (Ex: Meet, Zoom, Skype, etc.)

4. If the learner's haouse is near from the volunteer's, outline the location where the

outreach will be. If vice versa, set a location with a fast internet connection and a strong signal

for the execution of online community service.

5. Prepare the budget plan and fund for the program.

6. Prepare the tools and materials needed (volunteers' materials).

7. Plan and prepare the giveaways for the learners.

8. Set and plan the volunteers' oversight and online training.

9. Set activities and the rules and regulations, for the overall outreach program.

10. Set up the schedule of the online outreach program from the beginning and the end

time of the shift.

Ang proyektong ito ay tatawaging” Handog Kaalaman sa Kabataan” na kung saan
makakatulong sa mga kabataan lalong lalo na ang elementarya (19) at hayskul (12). Ang badyet ay
manggagaling sa mga proponent na kung saan ang bawat isa ay kinakailangang magbigay ng 65
pesos upang makalikom ng ₱2,940. Narito ang biswal na representasyon upang mas lalong
maintindihan;

BUDGET PROPOSAL (Online)

Ang proyektong aming ilulunsad na may pamagat na (title) ay hindi lamang sa


kapakinabangan ng aming pangkat kundi kapakinabangan na rin sa mga napiling kabataan na
elementarya (19) at hayskul (12). Ang pagkukunan ng aming badyet ay manggagaling sa bawat isa
na kaanib sa proyektong ito. Ang bawat isa ay kinakailangang makapagbigay ng ₱ 25 upang
makabuo ng halagang ₱ 1,225 at ito naman ay kokolektahin sa pamamagitan ng gcash. . Narito ang
biswal na representasyon upang mas lalong maintindihan;
