1/14/2022 9:30 Kick off Meeting with Client & WELL TEST equipment presentation in SAFSAF BASE
10:30 Site visit in the field DOB-1 WELL
11:30 Check and presentation of Slickline Equipment in Onhym Base
12:30 Back to the SAFSAF BASE
1/15/2022 7:30 start Rig move slickline & well testing equipement to DOB-0
Offloading equipment and start spot in testing area, and positioned the slickline equipment
1/16/2022 8:00 Crew in the field
8:30 Start with toolbox talk about safty and operations
8:35 Remove the Cage of well & proceeding to Bleeding off the Xmas-tree ------> (No pressure detected)
9:00 Remove the Adjusteble Chokes the Xmas-tree & Put 2"1/16 5k Flange on kill valve
9:15 open and close several times all the Xmas-tree Gate valves to check their fonctionality and counting the turns Nbr.
9:30 Start Inject Grease on all Xmas-tree Gate valves
10:10 Inject Grease on Anular Gate Valve - mount a pressure indicator to monitor the annular pressure (Annular Pressure 8 bar)
14:00 Remove Adapter Flange and Put Slickline Flange on top
14:30 Assembly Slickline Lubricator on the Ground
14:30 Annular Pressure 8 bar
15:00 Start pressure Test Xmas-tree - Test flexible connection @ 3000 psi (fromPump until Gate Manifold) ------> Good indication
Open Killing Wing Valve and perform Low Pressure test @ 400 psi for 5min ------> Good indication (Lower MV closed - WV closed -
Slickline safety cup)
Increase pressure @ 1740 psi : Safety cup Leaking -----> Bleed off pressure and repair Safety Cup seal.
15:35 Repeat Test @ 1740 psi for 5min ------> Good indication
16:05 Increase Pressura @ 3000 psi for 20min ------> Good indication
17:05 Pressure drop untill 197 bar and stabilize for 20min. No visibile leaking in Xmas-tree
17:10 Bleed off pressure
18:00 Back to the camp
