Set packer at 4960 M. Conducted Packer integrity test at 500 psi, found OK.
Disconnected TDS & laid down Kelly cock valve. Pick up & installed M/s
094
0600 03:40 CNLC flow head. Made surface connections, pressure tested upstream and
0
downstream flow lines of choke manifold at 7000 psi & 2000 psi respectively,
found OK.
Held PJSM with all concerned prior to open tester valve. Pressurized annulus
upto 1600 psi, observed tool opening indication in bucket.
102
0940 00:45 INITIAL FLOW
5
Observed medium to strong bubbles in bucket. No liquid surfaced, WHFP = 0
psi.
122 INITIAL SHUT-IN
1025 02:00
5 Bleed off annulus pressure and shut-in well from downhole DST tool.
SECOND FLOW
142
1225 02:00 Pressurized annulus upto 1600 psi and opened DST tool. Observed medium to
5
strong bubbles in bucket. No liquid surfaced, WHFP = 0 psi.
Observed WHFP increasing gradually to 20 psi. Well flow diverted to flare pit
200 at 32/64” choke size. WHFP dropped to 0 psi. Gas caught fire (flame height =
1425 05:35
0 2-3 ft). Observed minor quantity of liquid unloading at flare pit for 3 mins after
every hour. WHFP = 0 psi.
060 Well remain flowing at 32/64” choke size towards pit. Gas burning at pit
2000 10:00
0 (flame height = 2-3 ft). No liquid surfaced. WHFP = 0 psi.
At 0600 hrs Well remained flowing to pit @ 32/64” CS
