Service requirement is an intangible thing or product that is not able to be touched but
customer can feel and experience the fulfillment.
Output requirement is the tangible thing or that can be seen, touched, smelled, and
tasted.

The learners will be asked to group themselves to four groups and are tasked to decide of a specific object and identify
its marketing mix.
Guide questions are as follows:

How did you know about the product? (Promotion)
How much is the product? (Price)
EVALUATION (2 minutes)
Teacher will highlight key elements of the lesson. Students will then be asked to reflect on the
following:
3 Things I learned today
2 Things I found interesting
1 Question I still have
HOMEWORK/ASSIGNMENT
At the conclusion on the lesson, students will independently complete a reflective assessment.
The student will choose a company and identify the four Ps of the marketing mix discussed.
