A. Preliminary Activity
1. What/Who is the target market?
Target market is a sage in the market identification process that aims to determine the
buyers with common needs and characteristics. The prospect customers of the business
and their preferences.

2. What are the two types of customer requirements? And describe their differences.
Service requirement is an intangible thing or product that is not able to be touched but
customer can feel and experience the fulfillment.
Output requirement is the tangible thing or that can be seen, touched, smelled, and
tasted.

3. What is a market size?


Market size is the number or size of arena where the entrepreneurs will play the
business. The approximate number of sellers and buyers in a particular market.
B. Motivation
Crossword Puzzle
- Product, positioning, packaging, place, people, promotion, and price.
C. Analysis
Mentimeter Quiz Game
1. PRODUCT: Softdrink, Coke, Coca Cola.
2. PLACE: Mall, groceries, bakeshops, sari-sari store, fastfood chain
3. PROMOTION: TV Advertisements, social media ads, free tasting
4. PRICE: 55 pesos to 79 pesos.

The learners will be asked to group themselves to four groups and are tasked to decide of a specific object and identify
its marketing mix.
 Guide questions are as follows:
 What is the product? (Product)
 Where can you find the product? (Place)
 How did you know about the product? (Promotion)
 How much is the product? (Price)

EVALUATION (2 minutes)
Teacher will highlight key elements of the lesson. Students will then be asked to reflect on the
following:

HOMEWORK/ASSIGNMENT
At the conclusion on the lesson, students will independently complete a reflective assessment.
The student will choose a company and identify the four Ps of the marketing mix discussed.
