Replacement parts of the temporary lifts

This is to kindly inform that, the forecasted rectification requirement ‘Replacement parts of the
temporary lifts’ has been submitted to the HKN in initial stage of the project in order to rectify the
construction use elevators after the construction activities are completed. The proposal consisted most
venerable elevator components subjected to the verse case scenario which should be replaced before
final handing over of elevators to the client.

However, as per the existing conditions of the construction use elevators due to better practices
maintained while elevators being used, some deviations within the proposal has been done by the third-
party inspector after the inspection in order to avoid unnecessary cost related to replacement activities.
The revised requirement has been already submitted and in addition to the original requirement, some
additional components are to be replaced/serviced under the third-party inspector’s recommendation.
