In addition to the MCI, it is required to provide us the approval for submitted cost of subjected scope as
well as the approval for the cost of variation 1 and 2. Unless you provide these approvals, you are
requested revoke this MCI and the date of completion mentioned in the MCI has to be extended by each
and every date of delay the approval. Also we need proper material delivery plan to the site along with
the content of shipments in order to arrange our special teams for the installation work.

Therefore, please approve the variations 1, 2 and submitted cost for the door replacement work with
material delivery plan, otherwise, it is regret to inform you that, we are not in a position to execute this
scope.
