1 Warranty terms should be clearly mentioned in the offer. Minimum 18 months warranty from the date of supply OR 12 months warranty from the date of installation /commissioning, whichever
is earlier is required.

2 The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance , and such terms quoted anywhere else should be
ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

3 Purchaser shall be entitled to increase / decrease the order quantity by 25 percent anytime during the currency of the contract such that the contractor has reasonable time/notice for executing
such increase/decrease. The increase in quantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered
on the basis of his original offer. The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise plus 25 percent option in one or more than one installment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed
the limit of 25 percent of ordered quantity. Any increase of quantity under option clause after expiry of delivery period can be considered with the consent of the firm/contractor.

5 Offers from the firms, which do not have a valid CST/LST/TIN/ECC No. will not be entertained.

6 The purchaser reserves the right to reject or accept any offer in whole or part without any assigning any reason.
