 Conducted an orientation for my Grade 5 students.
August 13, 2021
 Distributed the username and password of the students in Learning Management System.
August 16, 2021  Assisted the Grade 5 St. Michael during the first day of class.
August 17, 2021  Reminded my students to attend the Virtual Holy Spirit Mass via Facebook.
 Conducted zoom discussion in MAPEH 6 and MAPEH 5.
August 18, 2021
 Published LC1 in MAPEH for grade 6 and MAPEH for grade 5.
 Conducted zoom discussion in Religion 4.
August 19, 2021
 Published LC1 in Religion for grade 4.
 Conducted zoom discussion in Religion 5 and Araling Panlipunan 4.
August 20, 2021
 Published LC1 in Religion for grade 5 and Araling Panlipunan for grade 4.
 Conducted zoom discussion in MAPEH 6 and MAPEH 5.

 Published LC2 in MAPEH for grade 6 and MAPEH for grade 5.
B. FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
Participated in the 2-day Inservice Training 2021 in the Elementary Department. The topics discussed were:
August 3-4, 2021  Day 1: DepEd Policy (Improving Communication Skills when Conducting Virtual Discussion)
 Day 2: Test Construction (Innovative Presentation of Online Lesson)
August 10, 2021  Attended the orientation with the new School President, Rev. Fr. Edmundo C. Castañeda Jr. at the new building hall.
August 11, 2021  Participated during the Parent’s Virtual Orientation.
 Attended the Holy Spirit Mass presided by Fr. Jerry Sabado at the Valdez Hall.
 Served as a reader during the Holy Spirit Mass.
August 17, 2021  Attended the faculty meeting with the principal in the Nursery Room. Dr. Orzame discussed the following:
>Feed backing / Evaluation of the first day of the class > Skeletal Reporting
>Curriculum Map > Action Plan
>Weekly Lesson Log > Program of Activities
August 25, 2021 Observed by the principal during my zoom discussion with the grade 6 students in their MAPEH lesson.
August 26, 2021 Attended the post conference about the observation conducted last August 25, 2021.
