The form of ownership is partnership. A business partnership is a legal relationship that is


most often formed by a written agreement between two or more individuals. The partners
invest their money in the business, and each partner benefits from any profits and sustains
part of any losses. The partnership as a business often must register with all states where it
does business. Each state may have several different kinds of partnerships that you can form,
so it's important to know the possibilities before you register.

D. Roles and Responsibilities of Members of Organization:

Manager Job Description - Managers ensure that their assigned department, store, or district is
well staffed and provisioned, adheres to quality and service standards, increases revenue and
market share, and helps the business accomplish its goals. They hire and train employees,
help develop and implement business strategies, and perform a variety of other tasks to ensure
the business is thriving. Job qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or
related field. More education or experience may be preferred or required. Strong
understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles. Excellent
communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Time and
project management skills. Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems
and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. Commitment to providing
exceptional service to customers and support to staff members. Sales Lady/ Cashier Sales
Lady description - A sales lady provides customers with information on available products
and their prices and discount options. She is responsible for ensuring that customers are
satisfied at the end of their shopping spree so that they come back for further business. Job
qualification - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Experience in sales. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to
excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb
interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and
suppliers. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in microsoft
applications including word, excel, and outlook. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced
environment. Cashier description - A Cashier's primary role is to assist customers in the in-
store check-out process. Main duties include ringing up sales, bagging items, requesting price
checks, honoring coupons, collecting payment and giving appropriate change. Responsible for
counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts,
records and withdrawals. May be responsible for checking materials and supplies and
reporting when stock is low. Job qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or cashier experience. Ability to handle transactions accurately and
responsibly. High level of energy with strong customer service skills. Basic math and
computer skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in
a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service. Attention to detail. Helpful, courteous
approach to resolving complaints. Laborers job description - A laborer is responsible for
performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a working site. Their duties include
repairing using tools, helping costumer to know the problems. Job qualifications - Must have
a valid driver's license. Be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma. Ability to do
physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. Ability to work in all weather. Workers
must be punctual and reliable. Must have experience as a general laborer in the working
industry.
