 Process and issue employee pay and statement of earnings and deductions.
 Compute wages and deductions; enter data into payroll computer system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Responsible for recording employee information in order to maintain and update payroll
records.
 Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments.

FIRST DEGREE:

Oral and written communication, walking, talking, minimum benefit of 2 to 3 years, policy
development and documentation, compute wages and deductions, enter data into payroll
computer systems & active listening skills.
SECOND DEGREE:

Verify attendance, hours worked & pay adjustments. Good organizing skills and be able to
develop plans, policies and forecasts. Time management, establish the company wage & salary
structure, experience admin compensation & benefit plans and minimum experience of 5 years.

THIRD DEGREE:
