FIRST DEGREE:

computer systems & active listening skills.
SECOND DEGREE:
Verify attendance, hours worked & pay adjustments. Good organizing skills and be able to
develop plans, policies and forecasts. Time management, establish the company wage & salary
structure, experience admin compensation & benefit plans and minimum experience of 5 years.
THIRD DEGREE:
Critical thinking, process and issue employee pay & statement of earnings & deductions,
negotiating with union representatives on issues relating to pay & benefits, employee training &
development, implementation of services & policies through HR staff. Recording employee
information in order to maintain and update payroll records & superior communication skills.
FOURTH DEGREE:
Compile statistical reports, performance management & improvement system, developing and
implementing benefit packages ensuring these are current & competitive, advance technology
skills to improve personal performance, employee relations & monitors all pay practices and
systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
FIFTH DEGREE:
Compensation and benefits administration, recommends changes in benefits offered and aimed at
employee satisfaction. Conflict resolution skills, ability to function strategically under pressure,
high energy, superb organization skills, identifying and monitoring the organization’s culture
