    02. Pioneer Associates Scope of :- 1) All materials, tool-tackles, machinery,
    Work consumables, manpower
    2) Testing & Commissioning
    03. Payment Terms :- 30% Advance with work order or LOI
    Applicable for Supply & 50% Against certified bills & receipt of material
    Installation Portion at site, pro-rata basis
    20% Against Testing & Handing Over
    04. Taxes :- Exclusive
    05. Completion Period :- As per Site Condition & Availability of Work
