1- The architectural finishes (Sectional Elevation) for ground and first floor are missing.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION REMARKS :

2- The installation details of lighting switches are totally missing.

3- All conduits must be UPVC.

4- All back boxes information and symbol are missing from the drawings, legend/notes.

5- The quantities for each item shall be mentioned on the shop drawing.

6- There is no final approved load schedule for all panel boards, mechanical loads to be able to review against. So, any amendments of the
system required by this late approval will be at the contractor risk.

7- Provide typical installation details for panel boards showing incoming/outgoing connections.

8- Don't install raceways under finish floor level.

Corrections or comments made relative to submittals during this review do not relieve the contractor from compliance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications.
This check is only for review of general conformance with the design concept of the project and general compliance with the information given in the contract documents.
The contractor is responsible for confirming and correlating all quantities and dimensions selecting fabrication processes and techniques of construction; coordinating his work with that of other trades, and performing his work in a safe and satisfactory manner.

9- All outlets (sockets, switches, isolating switches, …etc.) installed in (kitchen, bathroom, wet area, …) shall be wither proof type.
