No one should access a scaffold if there is a red tag or no
tag. Works on scaffold must be supervised at all times.

Use Full Body harness (FBH) with proper anchoring one by

All persons working on scaffold must be trained on
working at heights and use of harnesses.

Ensure that the inspection details are marked on the lifting
tools and equipments.
Ensure proper inspection tags are in place on the
