Statement of the problem of freelance market place

The current problem can be viewed from two perspectives from the hirer and
freelancer's point of view. From the client's perspective, we have seen three problems.

The first one is the problem of posting a job to reach the freelancer. By the current
method, people search for skilled personnel by one of these methods: fly posts,
newspapers, job posting websites. While hirers looking for manual skilled
freelancers,look from wall paper posting or ask from close persons who had contacted
before.
To start from the former , flyposting , is one of the oldest methods which were
effective with small communities. but as the county population grew rapidly its
very hard to cover every areas. Hirer also cover the expenses for paper and glue .
last but not least the posted papers could be damaged by water , covered by
another advertisement papers.

The other method, newspaper, also one of the oldest ways to reach employees,
had problem in recent years with the wide spread of technology among peoples. The
number of news paper purchases has dramatically decreased over the past decade.on
the other hand renting fee for news paper for a limited amount of time has increased.
Next in order is job posting websites. Even though these websites are modern
than the previous methods ,They are suitable for full time or part time job seekers.
The main objective of these platform is to post jobs for companies and send them CV
of applicant. This shows us that they are not made in taught of freelancers. Which
raise the problems of communication b/n freelances and hirers , a way to see
freelancers past ratings with previous jobs and a way for hirers and freelancers make
payment.
For manual skill-set, hirers either look for contact information of a freelancer
from different people around them or going physically to look for the freelancers on
the open world. Both of this methods waste time and energy

The other problem is finding the right skilled person for the best price.the job posting
web methods deliver the CV and other qualification document for the hiring company
or personnel. The process of filtering the eligible applicants is exhaustive process.job
success rates and reviews on previous work accomplished are not available to assist in
the decision process. For manual skill-set a hirer trusts the freelancer on having the
required skills to accomplish a job.

From a freelancer point of view 2 major problems 


The first one is The problem of reaching hirers. A digital freelancer(who works on
digital tasks) has an issue of finding a platform where he/she can meet potential
hirers,make a deal, finish a job and get paid all through one integrated platform. This
shows us there is connection barrier for a facilitated work flow.Also for a manual
skilled freelancers, One must self advertise them selves either by flyposting their
information holding paper on new condominiums, construction sites and other public
places freelancer must look a flypost and newspaper and filter out what suits him then
apply if he finds a suitable job.
This wastes two of the most valuable things, time and money. On the case of job
posting sites its hard to find a freelance job since the platforms focus on full-time or
part-time jobs. And there is no review system that helps a skill-full person standout
of other applicant other than years of experience which other people might
have.This websites left out peoples with manual skills who are needed in every day
to day lives
The second problem is payment

For freelance, creating a platform where they can be found by customers based on
their experience and skill set. Increasing their income. They also increase their skills
to have competitive among other freelancers. This competition increases the quality of
the service one freelancer provides.
