How beneficial is brainstorming in creating better plans or making wise decisions?

Why brainstorming is important in decision-making? Brainstorming is important to help us

in creating better plans. Why? Because people may think more freely and without fear of
being judged when they brainstorm. It can solve issues and produce novel ideas,
brainstorming fosters open and continuing discussion. Brainstorming is a type of
problem-solving exercise in which pupils practice or improve higher-order thinking skills. It
encourages the development of original ideas. Brainstorming helps us to generate a large
number of ideas quickly, which may be developed and integrated to get the proper result.
Brainstorming helps us to think creatively, and all of us are encouraged to contribute our
ideas, no matter how "weird" it may sound. Brainstorming builds trust, interest, and
dedication.
