1. All Dimensions are in Millimetres (mm) and all levels are in Meters unless otherwise

NORTH 4. All locations of respective Doors & Windows shall be verified at site before
installation.
5. Sub-contractor to coordinate and verify dimensions of all the openings for doors,
HVAC
windows and louvers by taking field measurements before fabrication and indicate
them in shop drawings.
6. Any deviation in approved Shop drawings and Site shall be brought to Client’s notice
immediately before further proceeding with the works.
7. Contractor to coordinate all the Masonary anchorage devices for securing Door
Frames in concrete or masonary walls. Contractor also need to provide necessary
structural arrangement for dry wall to support Door Frames.
8. Contractor shall check and ensure the Plumb and Squareness of all the structural
openings for Door & Window frames in the walls.
9. Contractor to ensure proper grouting of the frames.
10. Contractor to coordinate and incorporate all the necessary Ironmongery provisions
as per the approved door schedule.
11. Sub-contractor to ensure that the selection of materials complies with performance
requirement as per specification.
12. Paint Colour, Appearance and Pattern (for cladded door) of Doors as visible to Public
PASSPORT as well as for BOH Areas shall be subject to sample review and approval by Architect
CONTROL and Client before physical works at site. Sub-contractor shall provide uniformly high-
OFFICE quality appearance of the final visible elements.
L2-F2-01 13. Sub-contractor to ensure that the glass in vision panel and also for Glass Doors will
be free from any impurity & waviness.
14. Sub-contractor to ensure that all the Metal Doors & Frames doesn’t contain any
sharp edges & welding outgrown and shall be properly grinded. For Glass doors the
edges of the glass shall be properly chamfered.
15. Details indicated are illustrating the Design Intent. The Sub-Contractor shall submit
Shop drawings for Review and Approval of Architect and Client.
16. All the Doors shall comply with Fire and Smoke Compartmentation requirements and
PTB-L2-F2-01-A shall be as per the approved Fire Strategy requirements.
17. Sub-contractor to produce full scale mock-up of each type of door for review and
approval by Main Contractor, Client and Architect prior to commencement of work.
18. Subcontractor to protect completed works as per Client and Main Contractor
requirements and ensure no damage /deterioration at the time of handover to Client.
19. Clear opening and width mentioned here are min. required and could vary slightly
based on door profiles. Contractor to highlight any deviation in this regard to main
contractor/ Architect for approval.
20. Kick plate shall be provided on both side of door panel unless mentioned in door
schedule.
M 21. Facade door are not included in door package and needs to be procurred by facade
contractor.
22. Retail doors not included in the package.
