Lesson Badminton (Prey's hunting)
Every student stands up on a spot mark which are around the Gym, when the music is on student will do animal movements, like, (bear walk, frog jump, kangaroo hopping...)
Warmup 5 minutes:
We have two teams facing each other, team ‘’A’’ and team ‘’B’’, and one line in the middle divides the playing field into two equal parts.
Heart Of the Lesson Team "A" has the rackets and balls facing team "B" and tries to hit as many players as possible of team "B" with the soft ball,
20 minutes We'll keep playing for 7-10 minutes and then we'll change the role.
In the end, whoever hit more the target (the opposite team), get more points and be the winning team.
Objectives:
In catching, the body controls the ball, relying on the ability of the eyes to track it into the receiving part of the body.
Throwing involves propelling the ball away from the body and is a target skill.
Differentiation:
