File Menu Option

1. New- To create a new document


2. open- opening an existing document
3. recent documents – a section where all recent files are located and can open directly on
the workspace.
4. Templates – a predesign to create a document.
5. Save – to saving a document.
6. Export – to turn file into pdf
7. digital signature-sign on creating document

Edit Menu option


1. Cut – to cut an error content
2. copy – copying a matter
3. paste – paste a content from one place to another

View Menu Option


1. Toolbar – a section that includes( bullets, drawing,fontwork, formatting, image, insert, logo,
frame, mail merge etc)
2. Rulers- a horizontal line on the workspace that contains NO.
3. Sidebars – can hide or show on the workspace
4. styles – that contains font type and size
5. zoom – to increase the size of an document

Insert Menu Option


1. Page break – click on document where you want then new page to
begin 2. image- inserting an image on the document from downloads or
WEB.
3. Shape- all types of shape for insert like square, rectangle etc
4. text box- insert the textbox with the help of cursor
5. fontwork- designs of font
6. Header and footer – it contains pg no. And date on upper/lower and left /right on the file.

Styles Menu Option


1. bullets- key points
2. edit style – open up a dialog box incl.(alignment, font effects, position, tabs, drop caps,
area etc)
Table Menu Option
1. insert table – inserting a table on an existing documents
2. insert – rows and columns for extra inserting
3. delete – deleting a row or a column
4. select – select a particular row, table, cell, column
5. merge cells – to merge any two connected cell like apart
6. split cells – a dialog allows you to split the cell into two or more horizontally or
vertically.
7. Protect cells- create a password to protect cell

Form Menu Option


1. design mode – a designing mode which has to be activate or decativate accordingly

Tools Menu Option


1. spelling – to check out the spelling errors in the document
2. word count – the whole record of words in the whole documents
3. Autocorrect – to correct the errors fastly from the document
