performance appraisal methods and problems in an organisation.
REQUIREMENT
Select an organisation of your choice. Discuss various methods of performance
appraisal and which method(s) had been used and what are the problems faced by the
selected organisation. Suggest ways to reduce errors in performance appraisal in the
selected organisation.
