B. DETAILED PROPOSAL
I. Rationale

For wellbeing and prosperity, pre-adolescents and young people need light, moderate,
and enthusiastic active work every day. Pre-adolescents and young people need to do
exercises that fortify muscles and bones. Occupied pre-adolescents and young people may
have to arrange for how they'll get sufficient actual work. A sound way of life adjusts actual
work, schoolwork, screen time, and different exercises.
According to statistics, Globally, 1 in 4 adults do not meet the global recommended
levels of physical activity. Up to 5 million deaths a year could be averted if the global
population was more active. People who are insufficiently active have a 20% to 30%
increased risk of death compared to people who are sufficiently active. More than 80% of the
world's adolescent population is insufficiently physically active
Participating in physical activities with determination and resilience will give a wide
variety of benefits which are as follows:
1. Develop confidence and self-administration
2. Elevate social practices to other people
3. Upgrade constant self – assurance and execution
4. Reasonable wellbeing advancement
5. Create abilities and competency

II. Goals and Objectives

The following are the objectives of the recreational program:

1. To help people with disabilities connect with their community
2. To encourage people with disabilities to participate in sports and leisure activities
