6. Hours of Work and Rest Day: Eight (8) hours a day, six (6) days a
week, for a total of forty-eight (48) hours per week. The Employee

8. Annual vacation and Sick Leave: Paid annual vacation of not less
than Thirty (30), days not commutable to cash if unused at the end
of this Contract. Paid annual sick leave of not less than (15) days.
9. Fees: The Employer shall not deduct from the salary of the

a. License: The Employer shall assist the driver in applying for

11. Accommodation and Food: The Employer shall provide the

12. Medical Services: The Employer shall provide the Employee
with medical services. (Governmental insurance) ‫محاولة االعتداء على حياة الموظف من قبل صاحب العمل أو من‬

13. Contingency Plan: In the event of war in Kuwait or any civil ‫أجور الموظف‬/‫العمل على دفع رواتب‬

disturbances assuming then proportion of war, or in case of

14. Shipment of Remains: In the event of death of the Employee, the

Employer shall immediately notify the Philippine Embassy and

remains and personal belongings to the Philippines. In case

15. RemittancThe Employer shall assist the Employee in remitting a percentage of his/her basic salary to

willful disobedience of Employer’s lawful orders, habitual

The Employee shall shoulder the repatriation expenses.

this Contract on the following grounds namely : Serious
insult, inhumane and unbearable treatment, violation of the

17. Workmen’s Compensation: In case or work-connected illness,

18. Arbitration of Disputes: All claims and complaints relative to

this Contract shall be settled in accordance with Company

policies, rules and regulations. In case the Employee contests the _______________________________________________

whenever possible, with the participation of the Labor Attaché or
any authorized representative of the Philippine Embassy.

In case the amicable settlement fails, the matter shall be

submitted to the appropriate government body of the host
