 ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

PURPOSE
To adopt the organisational behavioural theories and concepts in the organisation setting.

REQUIREMENT
Design a study to explore how the elements such as team, leadership, and
communication affect organisational performance during Pandemic. Discuss the issues
and top management worry on organisational performance during Pandemic.

Review literature to define the concepts of team, leadership, and communication.

Write down an event or stories related to (i) team, (ii) leadership, and (iii)
communication that occur while employees are required to work from home. Analyse
the events and draw conclusions about how the factors related to team, leadership
and communication affect organisational performance during Pandemic.

Provide suggestions for improving organisational performance by enhancing the

effectiveness of team, leadership, and communication while work from home. All
discussion must take place in the context of organisational behaviour.

TUJUAN
Untuk menerapkan teori dan gelagat organisasi dalam persekitaran organisasi.

KEPERLUAN
Reka satu kajian untuk meneroka bagaimana elemen seperti pasukan, kepimpinan, dan
komunikasi mempengaruhi prestasi organisasi semasa Pandemik. Bincangkan isu-isu dan
kebimbangan pengurusan atasan mengenai prestasi organisasi semasa Pandemik.

Kaji literatur untuk mendefinisikan konsep pasukan, kepimpinan, dan komunikasi. Tuliskan
satu peristiwa atau cerita-cerita yang berkaitan dengan (i) pasukan, (ii) kepimpinan, dan (iii)
komunikasi yang berlaku semasa pekerja dikehendaki bekerja dari rumah. Analisis peristiwa
tersebut dan buat kesimpulan tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor berkaitan dengan pasukan,
kepimpinan, dan komunikasi mempengaruhi prestasi organisasi.
