OBJECTIVE:
To discuss the issues on employee learning and coping with organisational change.
REQUIREMENT:
Many organisations have had to make changes as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic
in order to deal with operational and economic issues. Based on your own
experience, use a narrative essay to describe how you as an employee learn and
manage changes during the pandemic. Evaluate the narrative essay to understand
individual learning and the process of change.
