SCHOOL YEAR: 2020 – 2021

Date, Time, and Venue


 April 28, 2021, the Supreme Student Government (SSG) Officers and Supreme Pupil
Government (SPG) Department started announcing the Community Panty Project on the
MDA SSG Facebook page via publication material. After disseminating information, the
project's in-charge personnel began collating all the donations, whether in-kind or cash,
and planned for all the goods needed for each pack afterward. The Community Pantry
was held on May 5, 2021, at Monlimar Development Academy Inc. campus, headed by
SSG Adviser Mr. Hans Jhayson Yhuhan Cuadra and SPG Adviser Ms. Joyce Ciervo.

OBJECTIVES
Conforming to the vast crisis effect of the pandemic in every community, the SSG Organization
aspires to:

 Promote how imperative civic-mindedness amidst the crisis where all people in the
community suffer
 To foster generosity and a sense of humanity to all students and people through voluntary
help in various ways
GUIDELINES
The following are the guidelines that must be observed during the operation of the Community
Pantry.

● Wear a face mask and face shields

● Always observe a 1-meter social distancing

● Prohibit patrons from the unnecessarily touching or handling item on the display

● 1 person per household only can go to the Community Pantry.

● Be responsible for food safety (food must be fresh).

● Bring your own eco-bag or plastic bag.

● The community pantry may operate from 8 am - 5 pm.

● The community pantry shout maintains cleanliness in its vicinity.
