INTRODUCTION
Brgy. Cabid-an is the heart of Sorsogon
City for it is where most government
offices are located not to mention the
bustling businesses are rising up.
Cabid-an elementary School is located
at the center of the barangay. It has a
land area of 10,000 square meters or 1
hectare.
It was in 1965, when people of Cabid-
an, Sorsogon began their plight to put-
up a school for their own. The student’s
population from kinder to grades 6 is
346 as of the present school year.

proposal as based on Barangay Resolution no. 26 series of
2020 that it was EXERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE
REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF
CABID-AN, EAST DISTRICT, SORSOGON CITY HELD ON
AUGUST 18, 2020 AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL.
The LGU/Sangguniang Kabataan of Cabid-an supported the
school and participated as well with 100% involvement in
all activities.

specially to our learners. Children were provided with
