INTRODUCTION
Lorenzo Tan National High School is located in Barangay
Lorenzo Tan, Tangub City. The total enrollment of the school is
1,058 for the school year 2022 – 2023. The school is headed by
the Prinicipal 1, Mrs. Herlyn Q. Senarillos, together with the
assistant Head Teacher II, Mrs. Elna G. Mentang. The school’s
Wellness coordinator is Mrs. Karen O. Jumalon, with the WINs
Coordinator, Mrs. Gina Claire G. Bulawit.

WELLNESS CAMPUS PROGRAM IN
LORENZO TAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
The school created an action plan for the introduction of
wellness modules, dance exercises, and other health and
wellness-related activities. "HATAW Program" is the name of
our program which abbreviates as Health Awareness Through
Advocating Wellness Campus Program. The school also
created Wellness Campus Program Design and
Implementation Plan.
