ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

The 4th day of School Learning Action Cell (SLAC) which centered on the critiquing of
action plans (per coordinator) was held on November 19, 2021 at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. The
session was facilitated by Sir Ryan Sioco via google meet platform and was joined by all
teachers of Bulala High School.
The meeting began with an opening prayer facilitated by Ma’am Princes Airesh Vecino
together with the singing of the national anthem through virtual projection. An attendance check
was also made by Sir Ryan Sioco before he proceeded to the session proper to check if there
were still missing in the meeting.
Since the previous session was all about the crafting of action plans, this day was
thoroughly devoted for critiquing the accomplished action plans of each coordinator. However,
due to time constraints, it was agreed that only 3 outputs will be presented by each group in
compliance.
For our group, Ma’am Glecy presented her action plan in regard to her coordinatorship
which is school research coordinator. Afterwards, Sir Ryan gave his insights about Ma’am
Glecy’s action plan in terms of its timeliness and attainability. He also suggested possible
actions that Ma’am Glecy can add to improve her output. Afterwards, Ma’am Jean Kayzel,
being the designated SMEA Coordinator also presented her action plan. Likewise, Sir Ryan also
gave her feedback as to Ma’am Rodelas’s output. The last to present in Group 3 was Sir Sonny
Pura. He presented his action plan being the School’s Physical Facility Coordinator. Likewise,
his output was also subjected to Sir Ryan’s comments and suggestions.
The meeting ended at 5 o’clock in the afternoon.
