PROCEDURING:
I. Implementation of the PPE to the workers such as wearing safety helmets, safety
shoes, gloves and eye protection to prevent diet contact of the sunlight.
II. Unsafe Act and unsafe condition in the working place shall be emphasized to the
workers to prevent unforeseeable accident.
III. Encourage the workers to be aware on good sanitation and housing to prevent
Health problems such as diarrhea, vomiting and etc.
IV. Emphasizing the importance and hazards in the use of Temporary Structure such as
improper installation of guardrail in the excavated area.
V. Safekeeping of the Heavy Equipment.
They’re being no other matters to be discussed the meeting was adjourned at 11:00
o’clock in the morning the next meeting is scheduled on August 30, 2018.

NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION METHODS

Upon receipt of the notice to proceed, we will mobilize all equipment that are
required for the completion of the project as well as our key personnel needed to execute
the works. We will construct temporary shelter for our workers and temporary field office
for our engineers. As stake survey will be conducted prior to any construction activity to
gather actual data existing on site. Warning signs and project billboards will also be installed
at the designated area.
Construction activities must be based from the given Plans and Specifications to
guarantee that all works will conform to the Standards set by the DPWH, Butuan City.
CLEARING AND GRUBBING
 This item shall consists of clearing, grubbing, removing and disposing all
vegetation and debris as designated in the contract, except those objects
that are designated to remain in place or are to be removed. The work
shall also include the preservation from injury or defacement of all objects
designated to remain.
 The limits of work shall be established and designate all trees and other
things to remain. All objects designated to remain shall be preserved.
Clearing shall extend one meter beyond the toe of the fill slopes or beyond
rounding of cut slopes.
STRUCTURE EXCAVATION
 This item shall consist of necessary excavation for foundation of building
and the disposal of all excavated surplus materials, shall be in accordance
with these specifications and in reasonably close conformity with the plans
or as established by the engineer.
 The contractor shall notify the engineer sufficiently in advance of the
beginning of any excavation. The natural ground adjacent to the structure
shall not be disturbed without permission of the engineer.
EMBANKMENT (STRUCTURE BACKFILL)
 This item shall consist of the construction of embankment in accordance
with this specification and in conformity with the lines, grades and
dimensions shown on the plans or established by the engineer.
 Ground surface upon which the embankment is to be constructed shall be
scarified to a depth of at least 15 centimeters after clearing and grubbing,
moisture conditioned, and compacted to not less than the required degree
of compaction. Materials unsuitable for embankment foundations shall be
